well.. i dono whether u ppl realise o not. for a healthy life style, everyday we one can consume 2000 kcalories.. hehe... maybe for some ppl who wan to gain weight then u can eat more than that lak..but for ppl like me who wan only to maintain this kind of weight and bla bla bla.. i can only eat less o equal to 2000 kcal.. heheh..

well... thanks to edmond ya cos if not i also won't realise MacD have such a HIGH cal consume.. haihz... below is the nutrition information on ur favorite choice in MacD... hahahha...

finally this is wat we called happy ending for Intervasity Table Tennis Tournament 2008. hahha.. why ? cos appreciation dinner just done and every1 seem o look like so happy.. haha.. hopefully every1 enjoy lak.. n those who are not i really very very sorry ! hmmm... cos 40 of us memang make me hachache already... spent me around rm 1.3k haihz.. sendiri punya money + edmond !! hahah... *tsk tsk*

well today was a fully activities day ! early in the morning, i got NS presentation the in the afternoon Putra specialist Hospital trip with my gamma bio-instrumentation's coursemate !!! hahah.. it's our 1st class trip o 1st trip we all go together !! how i wish all seperate gang will unite together and all go for trip, outing or anything.. hmmm.. hope this will come turn before we graduate !! yah !! it will really come !!

well.. my team got me, ah Wee, Chin Han, n ah Chee.. not a very strong team and not a very weak too.. at least we got number 4 lak.. haihz.. so sayang lak.. cos i put the wrong strategy !? shouldn't have done does mistake lak.. haihz... and after this match i finally think that i'm double type of players.. hahha.. wat can i say again kian meng ? " we are the double specialist " hahha...

am i the person who " never say no" ? i think it's applied to only some ppl around me.. there are few person i never say no to them... not to mention name but think back i really never say know to u... will this be a good thing ? think back it isn't a good thing after all..

why ?

1. ppl will always left u behind..
2. ppl will never thing how u feel..
3. ppl will sure take u for granted...
4. ppl will surely use u...
5. ppl will surely hurt u all the time..

well.. ppl this is wat i'm facing now.. so don treat any1 that nice lak.. just this afternoon i got a sms saying" yea.. *@ #% * @& #^ @ % # * @ ^ @ (@ & @ @&@!@^@& " after the sms used me all this while... i got no other words in mind but wtf !? i don usually used this words beside it really make me mad..

life is better to be a bad person than a nice person ! know that person well enough before u give them ur trust and treat them nice !!! trust me.. it really works.. never see those bad ppl get caught so easily or get used so easily !! sigh...

last night at main hall, there was a competition called mircos song composing competition.. as usual, yee fan took part again this year.. this year again, he dint manage to get any prizes plus this year some heavy and " hurt-ful" words hurt him.. haihz.. i say the judges ah.. tak kan wanna say that in front of 300++ ppl mer ? u wan ppl how to face up again o ? haihz..

after the competition ends, we met up outside main hall and talk.. suddenly... yee fan cried de.. haihz.. oii guy le ! don give up.. don cry.. try again next year !! will be here for 2 more years lak so next year cannot then another year lor.. hmm.. anyway after that we got yam cha session.. haha... but so damn sad cos i got headache... mayb because i dint wear spec lak.. haihz...

ok... the competition got 12 songs.. all sang quite well except 1 or 2 a bit not satisfied lak.. i can't say anything o even comment lak cos ah if wan me sing i also cannot lak.. haha.. if i sing on stage i can imagine that i will be thrown with sliiper, egg, vege, meat?, cans or even security will carry me out of the main hall !!! hahha... so those who sing on stage actually is very good already lak.. hehhe.. jia you !!!

n today.. 7th of april.. i got no class.. hahha.. happy but i dono wat to do at home~~ haihz...

haihz... my neck sprained.. why ah ? because i dint slept in a correct posture that night... stupid me... dono why will sleep in that posture from the moment i slept till the moment i woke up.. hahha..
